My name is Cody, I'm the owner. You could say I've been doing floors since I was in grade school. I would hold the vacuum cords for my father and I eventually progressed to working as a business partner with Leininger Hardwood and Rusty Woods Renovations.
I have been refining my craft for the last 17 years. Whether installing a new floor or refinishing an old one, my goal is to drastically improve the value of your residence. Every project—no matter how big or how small—is important to Next Gen Hardwood. I will treat each and every home as if it were my own.

WOW!!! Cody (owner) at Next Generation Hardwood did an outstanding job on our new floor installation! With having an older home there were so MANY constructional issues in two rooms we were wanting to have completed. I had multiple companies come out to give an estimate. A couple (who had been in business for years) would not take on the job due to the difficulty. A couple did not even get back to me (obviously not wanting to deal with the challenge) After more searching online I came across Next Generation Hardwood. Due to their great reviews I decided to give it one more shot. Met with Cody and he was ready for the challenge! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, passionate, and personable. The communication was excellent and the price was very affordable. Cody worked hard and non stop on this project! He has excellent attention to detail always going above and beyond. My lasting impression is that Cody takes pride in what he does. My floors were long overdue for some TLC after an extended time of neglect. Got a fair quote, set a project start date, Cody's crew put in the hard work and the end result is a very happy customer. The decision to stain my golden oak floors dark (Jacobean) was mine; but the confidence knowing Cody was going to do an excellent job was on him. It can be nerve wrecking when you are doing home projects from selecting the contractor to the final details of color selection; it is refreshing when your contractor can take the burden of the end result off your shoulder. I would highly recommend them for your hardwood floors needs and encourage you to have the confidence you will love your floors.
